There are many types of exercises but they all fall into three categories: stretching-which is essential before doing any other type of exercise, weight training, and cardio. Cardio, or sometimes known as Aerobics, is basically a workout for the cardio vascular system and it involves any type of activity that increases the heart rate like running or in case of today’s article: dancing. It’s the workout that helps most with losing weight and getting fit by burning the most amount of calories. Of course we can’t depend on it alone; we have to include the other types as well.
When it comes to k-kpop, I’m sure you already dance whenever you listen to k-pop songs, I don’t blame you, they make you wanna dance in your chair Haha. So today I’ve got two You Tube channels that combine the elements of cardio with the fun and upbeat of k-pop songs to get your blood pumping hard while having the most fun at the same time. 😉
Kkardio Dance have dance workout videos varying in intensity. I really like their Black Pink’s Boombayah workout.
KPOPX FITNESS have dance workouts that are on the high intensity side. I really like their Twice’s Knock Knock workout.
Of course it should go without saying that before doing any kind of exercise, you should consult your doctor.
